yes. white horizontal lines issues are mainly because of damages encoder disk. first you try to clean the encoder disk with plane water or with isopropyl alcohol. if the nozzle check lines are perfect then there is no issue with the cartridge. this is causing by frequent nozzle cleaning. by cleaning the ink will settle down at the bottom and then clog the encoder disk sensor.

that black part on the encoder disk help the printer to remember the paper postion , if the sensor cannot detect the black part then this will result in skipping. so its for sure the encoder disk is causing the problem.

is there any error code showing on the printer ? if not check the sensor strips and inspect for any damages. mainly the main scanner strip. that is causing issue
