hi have you tried using pigment ink to refill the black cartridge. every single video I watch is using dye ink even if canon says PG is Pigment base. and CL is dye ink. almost all black cartridge of canon printer are pigment base.
Yes this is what I was going through. I tried PG ink in my HP and it ruined the cartridge. Used dye ink in my canon PG cartridge and it was still compatible
