You can adust the settings for it to quick switch. I'm guessing you have people and eye priority on and only 1 person to track. Go back through a tutorial on youtube to understand all the settings.

Whenever you want to show a product cover your eyes and the camera is going to stop the eye focus and focus on the object. I see many RU-vidrs putting their hand in the back of the product like if that’s going to do something. Just cover your eyes with the product you want to show and that will do the trick
