Hey buddy , this University doubts me about decision making process and impression I perceived as an international student. First of all I paid all my tution fees thirteen thousand pounds, I passed all the interviews , Previously I have provided a savings certificate from SBI on the bank letter head of my father's bank account that was disapproved by the compliance team however it was genuine. Moreover, this time on letter head of the bank the letter was issued from the SBI , they are challenging State Bank of India - A largest nationalised bank , the university told me that We have reviewed your CAS request and we will not be issuing a CAS to you because your student loan letter is not on the bank's headed paper and has clearly been created by someone who does not work at any bank & We obviously cannot accept fraudulent documents.I have confirmed with my bank that there is no email or verification made from University side & Someone I spoke with in the University has shocked me with the answer that we are trained enough to identify the genuineness of the documents while looking at it and they aren't required to verify. This is a really alarming statement which loses my faith in this University's CAS processing system.
