If you mean in Baltimore alone then no. My friend is a teacher in Baltimore county and there are kids who openly misbehave when out in public while not all are black. My friend works in morgue kinda nearby Baltimore and she has helped police arrest Baltimore teens with murder. The teen murder were all of different races Asian, whitte, Latino, mixed race, etc when residing in Baltimore.

@@xwrtk Yes, different groups all commit crime, but they don't commit crimes at the same rate, which is the problem. The disproportionality of crimes committed by _THEM_ is by far the highest in the nation, and that reality needs to be addressed instead of being swept under the rug which is the current policy.

^Not all black children act like they don't have no home training at all. So you can't put them in the same boat. My 23 year old son and my 12 year old son can go outside with out no problems. My 12 old hang out at the park, attend a community center after school program full time. From 3pm-7:30pm M-Th and on Fridays 3pm-6pm. It's K-12 grade He also hang out at the library from Tween week for his age group. My 23 year old not a trouble maker and he works 2 jobs. Their dad spend time with every day. Both of my son are Black.
