15:38 You've got that backwards. Positive sweep angles are drawn clockwise, therefore the 0deg start angle is the line that would be the positive x-axis / right / 3 o'clock, not the negative y-axis / up / 12 o'clock drawing anticlockwise.

@@abhay2192 I don't read books about coding. They're outdated too quickly. There some timeless exceptions like clean code, refactoring, dealing with legacy code and some more, but overall I learn 99% online
