It’s the beeswax, I avoid any body product with beeswax because once it’s on skin it completely throws the fragrance off. Beeswax, synthetic fragrance and skin PH do not play well together most of the time.
Yes, I was skeptical about paying $25.00 for an item I feel should be no more than $10.00-$15.00 for. Now, I will keep my coins and find a more reasonable purchase. Thank you ❤
Folks on Amazon are selling it fot about that price...it's white labeled from various Chineae manufacturers so it's the same product just with different brand names...
I’ve been a consistent customer of Canvas Beauty. Thanks for the honest reviews on this product. I will say that all of the body glazes have transferred to my clothes 😢 I apply it and have to wait 15-20 minutes until it fully absorbs on my skin, but I know everyone is different. Least favorite products for me have been the Body Drops and the hair care products. On the glaze, the drunken peach, strawberry and original glaze was underwhelming. My personal favorites have been orange dreamsticle, kreampuff, vanillanaire and birthday suit. Siama is a good layering scent for gormaund fragrances.
Thank you for the transparency! The hot chocolate season is coming in with Fall season and holidays. Unfornately I'm not buying because there are other options out there for less!
Great review. I really like all the butters. I have all the ones mentioned in your video, plus. The drops are sooooo good too, imo. Everyone’s nose is different for sure😊.

This is something you honestly need to try for yourself. Everyone’s body ph is different so, the smell will be different on everybody. They have sample sizes. Suggest people try that first before buying the big one.
Aww sis, I’m surprised you aren’t the biggest fan of these. I have about 6 or 7 of them and love them. I don’t have the strawberry pound cake or hot chocolate b/c those have steady mixed reviews but the others work well on my skin. The Siama scent is yummy. I don’t use them alone though I put a body oil on first then go in with these. The scents aren’t hardcore but folks have said to stir them up before using and that has made mine a bit more fragrant oddly enough. These are thick though so when it gets real hot out I think I’m going to put them down for a bit. Can’t be slipping out the door.
I like them, but not all. I bought them all except for the pumpkin one and got rid if the ones that didn't work for me. I absolutely love the formula though! My favorites right now are Red velvet, Cherry, and Keep it a Hunnid. I have to mix the 2 latter. The grapefruit one is a nice citrus. Hot chocolate is a good one also. It survived my declutter.😅

Every Target and Walmart in my city has cleared the shelves. They are no longer continuing the sale of that stuff. I live in the 2nd largest city in my state. Canvas is no longer found here. That’s enough convincing for me.
On her last live she said she started body glaze cause she was losing her business and she has no desire to go to retail stores. I been buying her hair care line a long time
She no longer has the hair care line and the retail stores are getting rid of their last batches which is why they are marked down... And with the legal trouble she got going on now I doubt this will be in any stores especially since it's not an original product anyway...🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️

I like the glaze but most of the scents smell like they barely have a scent on me except for the strawberry so far and I am not going to just keep buying to see if a scent smells good on me. Was going to get the sample pack but it’s sold out.
I received one, and one never came. The one that I did receive, I didn't like it. My kids told me I stink. They hated it! The ingredients aren't the best for our skin. But if it's for you, go for it!

I got kreampuff and it smells like a deodorant I used to use. I ordered pinacoolada to see if that's any better since I like the texture of the glaze. Fingers crossed. I like the drops in siama, though.
I definitely feel like the TikTok girls hyped the body glazes up. I don't think their gourmands are anything to write home about. The only ones I enjoyed are the Siama and Scent from heaven which are more like perfume scents.Keep it 100 was okay but nothing I absolutely needed. I also have hot chocolate but I felt like it smelled like old dusty tootsie rolls on my skin so it was a no. In my opinion their scents are really for people who are not terribly into the perfume world but want to smell nice. As for me I think my nose might be a little too refined to enjoy their offerings.
Love the earrings I bought the dupes on Amazon in gold and silver ❤. Now to the glazes…. I don’t own the chocolate or no scented but I have the rest. I use them strictly at night because they didn’t work well on my skin for layering my fragrances. OMG absolute fail 😫I smelled not the cutest so yep night time moisturizers for me. The scent initially on the skin is good but I do notice it’s not the same as in the jar and it changes within 5-10 minutes on my skin. I’ve tried 7 scents and I got the oils the first 3. I gave one to my niece. They’re ok but I won’t repurchase the oils and for the butters maybe 1 or 2 scents for nighttime routine. Awesome video looking great!
Thankfully, I invested in the sample packs first. I too just could not tolerate Pina Coolada. It smelled like expired cheese and rotten pineapple 😩 the Strawberry one was way too waxy smelling
Yes, the fragrance formulation of the old scents weren’t the best. I honestly had different experiences depending on what I did (mixed them) or how much I dug into the glaze. Because I’ve watched your channel I know you have a more refined nose for fragrance. The newer scents are more consistent on and off skin. But honestly, I think you’d enjoy Siama, Scent from Heaven and my FAVORITE is Cherry Cream Clouds which is more of a creamy, powdery, feminine floral w/ a touch of cherry than a full on cherry scent. If you ever decide on a 3rd round. Def Siama & Cherry Cream Clouds. & I noticed Scent from Heaven is a favorite among the fragrance girlies.

I agree with the strawberry, it smells like medicine.. I will stick to buying strawberry oil from wholesale places. I know someone who purchased a sampler pack and I loved the orange creamsicle.

I sold my Kama sutra body oil on Mecari and got most of my money back lol. I kept the body butter though so I could use it with my delina exclusive since they smell absolutely identical 💯

Are people buying for the smell or the benefits claims to tighten the skin. I font get it. Why people wants to smell like food. I hated the donut mist, I haven’t seen 1 review that speaks about the benefits listed like skin tightening, remove blemishes and dark spots. All i hear is smell. Using beeswax on your skin for a period of time isn’t good. Therefore this product isnt all natural. Be informed people
I watched a Tik tok creator and she was saying to take a spoon and mix it up bc the smell gets stronger. However, it’s up to the user bc a lot of us like the smooth texture on top.
@@LavishlyChiChi 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I bought 7 body glaze… the ones that were strong on was the pear one, kreme puff, drunken peach, and the pina colada one… I was disappointed in the cherry 🍒 one bc that’s the one I wanted the most, I couldn’t get a smell from it at all ( however I haven’t worn it just yet) I bought the pineapple upside down one as well and it wasn’t as projecting as I would like it to be. The strawberry one was strong and I like it as a layering one as a work scent bc I work in a warehouse in the shipping department… so this scent can be use multiple times for me 🤣 I’m going to buy the chocolate one… I wasn’t too sure about that one as well; but since you said it is good, I will purchase it. We also have to take into account body chemistry, the creator states that she had different scents for everyone Ik I’m not a gourmand girly so I’d never buy a donut scented body butter or perfume it won’t work with my BC
