Playing around with DOSBox and the DOSMid player. This is the sample file "canyon.mid" from Windows 3.1 (full title "Trip Through the Grand Canyon" as composed by Passport Design's George Stone). The emulator passes MIDI commands through a fake MPU-401 interface to the host's default MIDI device, in this case VirtualMIDISynth using the Arachno soundfont.
