Baxter Maiwald met up with his mates Jack Taylor and Will Hynes in Hobart, Tasmania, to put the Stoic through its paces. All three of the crew have been lucky enough to live and work in the Hobart area in recent years, and put their local knowledge to use as they ripped around the city and neighbouring Maydena Bikepark. Their objective: just ride, have a good time and stack some rad clips. Whether they are shredding trail, street or jumps, rain or shine, the Stoic can handle it all.
Tested and approved to the same strength standards as our EWS winning bikes, featuring simple cable routing and threaded bottom bracket, the Stoic's aluminium frame is ready for almost anything. The only thing you need to worry about is where to ride. The progressive geometry remains unchanged and combines a longer reach, slack headtube and low top tube - to create a stable yet playful bike that can handle the ups, downs and time in the air.
