DPlus was *this* close to ending it in Game 2, but they had to prolong the game. Then that crawling feeling I felt kept growing the longer the time went, GenG was gonna win this.
Yeah last 5 years it’s been the same 3 teams of T1, Gen G, DK. Not even necessarily a HLE or KT fan but it’d be cool to see them win LCK for a change to represent at the internationals
even though Dplus lost as a fan i think we actually look way betterthan the last two years and this was probably the closest series against GEN.G since Worlds 2022 so i am rly excited to watch their next matches
Kiin carried this game so hard actually. He kept checking Kingen in lane and in clashes its not even funny. He counterpicked Aatrox twice and both times, DK can’t peel him if it’s not set up properly

DK has higher ceiling than last year unfortunately they still have macro problems from last year. If they can somehow fix it maybe they can get over the hump.
I feel bad for lucid 3rd game isnt even his fault it's the champ, I dont know why they fucking first picked Maokai, especially when Milio is up.. even then, Rell is just so much better.. And kingen need to stop blind picking aatrox.. They really need to start first picking actual power champs like Milio, Kalista, Rell or something... They also need to work a lil bit on their champ pool, so far only showmaker is showing wide champ pool
I wonder if GEN is having communication issues. They just felt like they were scared to commit, or some of the players would go in and the rest of the team would run back.
why don't people play cait? she can go lethality or crit and pretty lane dominant and works with most supports. Varus and John really are just fake picks that don't do shit.
Cait is hard to play right now with how the meta has shaped (tanks everywhere and Millio world atlas on adc priority) maybe in the next patch when there will be changes to bot lane and nerf on some tank items
Idk why people keep thinking GenG is Samsung, it wasn’t a rebrand, KSV bought the slot and roster and rebranded to GenG. That’s like saying Hanwha won LCK and was a world finalist because they bought the slot/players from ROX/KOO/GE Tigers
They may not be Samsung but they are "the spiritual follower" of the team because they got the roster and trophies. I have a similar thing in my country with a football club. The club first belonged to the army and won a champions league but later it started falling apart and the army sold it to a rich guy who was kinda forced by the army to rebrand it, still people see it as that club that won the cl and uefa recognises it as such too. Btw the rich guy saved the club.

GenG just always find a way to win it's insane. I won't be surprised if they win the split again tbh. They're just kryptonites of T1 (Domestically of course). I can't wait to see their next matchup. are you refering to samsung galaxy world wins and geng because t1 just changed its name so thats why they have 4 world titles but gen g bought the team from sg so its a different organisation thats why gen g doesnt have a worlds title
