It’s amazing (if you want to call it that) that Capcom kept reusing the same Morrigan sprites for as long as they did. They stick out like a sore thumb here.
Not to mention that Nafrielx likes to use every unique and complete version of each super, which is very admirable. Oftentimes, people just post compilations with glaring omissions and don't think twice about it.
I really like how you have two variations of Sakura's Midare Zakura super - you have a shorter version, and then you've got the definitive used in both the manga and the games.
Capcom made the entire SNK cast sprites look miles better than the original, don't get me wrong, I love the KOF games, but their sprites just not up to Capcom level. Look at Mai, and Rugal + G.Rugal, they look so freaking cool here.
Wdym original ? Are you talking about SvC Chaos or pre KOF XIII sprites ?? Either way the KOF sprites have some charm to them that isn't present in CvS and some are even better animated over there like Kim.
I disagree capcom make snk cast look cartoony, the sprite in kof are way better where they have semi realistic style, not to mention capcom character best looking sprite is in CVS chaos specifically sagat, balrog, guile and Dimitri.

I disagree snk sprites is way better with their semi realistic style, capcom sprites looks cartoony, plus capcom character looks way better with snk sprites in CVS chaos especially character like balrog, guile, sagat and demitri,
Wow... I didn’t noticed the fact that _THEIR FUCKING SUPER_ does nearly the same damage as their special... while the capcom either deals nearly all of your health, just insta kill or good damage scaling What’s with that though?
This isn't the case half the time plus for some reason they did all the testing on different characters with different defense. Kinda a move showcase instead of a damage showcase because of this.
All the moves was performed in C-Groove which is a capcom groove. SNK characters works better with the N-Groove, which allows a level 3 super with only an equivalent of 2 bars in C-Groove. Meaning in N-groove you can perform less powerful level 3 moves but takes less time to build the meter to do so. This was the style of SNK fighting games. Also N-Groove have rolls, C-Groove don't. Theres more but i can't name it all. I wonder how it would had looked if they performed all the Supers in N-Groove instead. Or even K or P-Groove

Genocide Cutter od Rugala, Tiger Genocide od Sagata lub Yoga Inferno od Dhalsima) XD
Some characters look good, some others look extremely inconsistent. Making a large amount of sprites for a character takes a lot of time, but they could've at least edited the SFA characters pallete to have the same level of contrast than the re-sprited characters and the SNK ones, they could look a bit better that way. Morrigan in the other hand, would need an entire resprite since the way she is colored
Most of those have the same animation, the difference being the number of hits and in dmg. I decided to cut them to not make people rewatch the same animations over and over again.
we NEED a capcom vs snk 3, with more characters than 2 on the base game and in 2d, no the ugly 3d graphics of street fighter 4 and 5 and kof xiv. or at least use the graphics of guilty gear strive
You know, I’m maybe bias but... super in the capcom VS SNK is generally insanely underwhelming ain’t they? And horribly balance as well... for me at least
@@axzaos, I agree with that.... but it’s also because of its length, the super’s timing, the voice acting which... feels like they intentionally made it worse... for me at least and effects (why screenshake?) But hey, it’s capcom, their super is always fast and more of practical while SNK’s super is... actually just that but it has more flair, I mean, there isn’t much change or anything between super 1 and super 3 for capcom
I've never liked the snk characters as they all always seemed like knock off characters to me and they always try too hard to be stronger than capcom characters, so I've always called these games, capcom vs knock off fighters.
I can't help but notice that the power scales in the characters are very poorly done, the combos are too simple for the combos that are done in SNK, it seems like they want to make SNK look bad. All to make a company look good with characters with simple and less elaborate combos than a company that does give adequate power scales to supernatural characters like SNK did.
