Don't forget to make the aspect ratio 4:3, always important to remember that

i love when people take the time to go out of their way and use an actual vhs player for effects like this, but this one looks convincing as hell and i'd actually believe it was from a real vhs

1.Jitter - set to 9PTS 2.obliqur Blur - set to 18-23PTS set to 0 in angle 3.Strong sharpening - set to 100 -50 -50 4. Blur set to 3-5 5. TV pixels set to 100 - 10~20* - 20 *set to 100 for violent effect

Under video effects 0:18 1. Jitter at 9 PTS 0:24 2. Oblique Blur at 18-23 PTS. Set angle to 0 0:27 3. Strong Sharpening 100-50-50 0:34 4. Blur 3-5 PTS 0:37 5. Tv pixels (if you have the option) Vhs effects 0:44 1. Look up vhs white (or grey) noise on yt 0:53 2. Record white noise 0:56 3. Import to capcut using overlay 1:00 4. Click overlay and splice 1:03 5. Set to burn 1:06 6. Mess with brightness, contrast, and saturation

gotta agree with the comments, i do a LOT of vhs processing with the real thing and this would easily fool me if i didn't know it was a digital recreation. REALLY great attention to detail with this, and way better than the cursed red giant filter for sure

This is where I wished the betamax and low qual effect they added still kept 60 fps. When you use them both of the effects makes your frames lower but I have tried fixing it by trying to slow a video then put it back to the right speed after added the effect

Tip: If you want a neat glitchy transition, look for snow disturbance (or something like that) And then you want to set it to: Range:100 Noise:50 Lateral Chromatic Aberration:50 Extended it until: 2sec • 2f(depends on where are you're going to place it, but it's still 2sec so, in between (zoom in using your finger so you know what i mean))

I would add the effect interlaced scan To imitate old live broadcasts of the sistems TV PAL,NTSC and SECAM 👏👏

(additional) actually real vhs support 60fps because interlaced effect, also servo zoom can be use to make the footage looks realistic

Little tricky is a bit of an understatement, finding vhs noise is definitely hard. But at the end, if you do get a decent one, you'd be patting yourself on the back. Good job 👍
