[Not a vlog] - This is a walking tour of Provincetown, Massachusetts on Cape Cod. This was shot from a first person perspective with natural sounds to give you a sense of what it is like to travel there. I hope you enjoy!
I haven’t been there since I was 18. Was very different then, much quieter. Seeing it now reminds me a lot of Greenport, NY, on the north fork of Long Island, just north of the Hamptons
THANK YOU SOOOOOOOOOOOO much for sharing this video! This was my summer vacation from the early 80's to 88. It was awesome to walk the streets once again!!
Thank you for doing this and sharing it! I was in Provincetown probably on this very day. This is a wonderful thing to sit and watch and see everything just as it was during my incredible week there. Thank you so so much.
Thank you so much! It's very very great job you have done. It's released and refreshing, it's real tour. My family walking along with you. You need to have more videos
I miss Ptown soo much. We spent two weeks every summer in Truro when I was a kid and Ptown was our favorite place to go. I've had a few opportunities to go back since then, but it always feels like home. Thank you for this.
My family and I were planning a trip to Provincetown this year (2021) but due to the rise in Covid cases, we decided that it would be safer to spend the week at home rather than travel. This is literally the next best thing, thank you for posting this, it’s beautiful and it makes me feel like I’m there.
Just curious. Have you ever been to p-town? I ask because my birthday is on two weeks and I'm thinking of going down there to celebrate. I live in Boston and I've never, ever been to Provincetown. Is it fun?
I love the Cape. I’ve been many times. Provincetown is a fun way to spend the morning or afternoon shopping and people watching but not the main focus of my trip. Although I would hate to go to the Cape and not spend a few hours in P-town. :) I encourage you to go and enjoy.
It was a good vacation spot when I was much younger, however I heard it's very antihetero now. It used to be a place where everyone seemed to get along.
@@johnnyretro33 I just watched the season premiere of American Horror Story Double Feature and now I absolutely have to get to Provincetown!!!!! Funny thing is that I've lived in Massachusetts my whole life and have never been there. I usually vacation in Maine or on the north shore in the Gloucester area. But now I can't wait to get to P-town!!!
Haven't been there since the 60s as a kid. I remember my father saying (from where we were staying in East Falmouth), "Come on. Let's go to Provincetown and see the artists and the hippies."
@@samanthamenendez3963 personally I like great food in town. The shops and walking around. Whale watching. The beautiful beaches and no franchises. There are bike trails and hiking. It is a great place also to do nothing. It isn’t for everyone which is part of its charm. Great galleries as well. Hope that answers your question.
my family, the hobbs/cook came on the may flower and still all live in the neighborhood on prince street right by commercial, after moving to okc i miss growing up there man this hit hard
my narny (say it bc im portagie 😂) is the accountant for the church, my uncle owns the family hot dog stand by the peer, my godfather still fishes for a living. if this generation wasnt so stupid id live there rn and live like the masshole i am
One thing missing - where are the mayor and members of town council? They should be out in public (come out of hiding), walking up and down Commercial Street meeting, greeting and listening carefully to as many visitors as possible. The town is far from perfect. Those walking around and spending lots of money have a lot to say and teach those running town.
Hello! This video is great! Am I allowed to use them in a video I am creating about rail services that exist on Cape Cod? I will credit you. If you would like more details please reach out! Thank you!
0:14 Dear kind sir on the far right wearing the lovely Hannah Montana wig, black pleather booty shorts, knee high boots, and fishnet top: Please be my best friend I LOVE YOU!
My husband is from Agawam. I've never been to the northeast, but it looks amazing. We are considering moving up there soon. I'm living for the guy to the right at 0:17. He's just living his best life and no one is staring at him. We currently live in Arkansas and I despise it here.
I can't afford to live in Provincetown where a 1500sq ft home runs over a million dollars..but can someone recommend an area about an hour away from it where I can purchase a normal priced home with a few acres around it? Thanks!
I would love to live just outside of Provincetown to have a little more privacy and land for my animals..but the real estate prices there are so outrageous I'm trying to figure out how ANYBODY can actually live in the city comfortably without ten roommates or in somebody's closet..lol. Surely not everyone who lives there is a millionaire..right?..lol.
I found my husband in a gay paradise! Not kidding. I thought he was joking when he asked me out for dinner. Today, we have 3 beautiful kids. Thx PTown for keeping him straight. God, were there distractions! My beautiful man :)
15:38 the woman in blue jeans and heels needs to release a bowel movement so terribly bad but has to hold it for as long as it takes to walk back to her car then drive to her hotel. :{
