It's a beautiful renovation worthy of an HGTV reveal. I'd love to live in it but wouldn't want to own it. Elevation so low and close to the water I couldn't risk the chance of flooding and dare I say wind damage from a yet to be named tropical depression.
It’s part of living in Florida. I lived in Florida for over 50 years. The only Bad encounter were Andrew, Charlie and Ian. The only storms that did Damage to me Personally was Charlie that took my tiles from my 35 year old roof and Ian just took my vinyl fence. I have been very lucky.
