I actually like this idea of vlogs every other day. It makes the videos so much better to the viewer, less stressful to the creator, and idk if its just me but I feel like my sub box is overwhelmingly full with daily vlogs. Keep up the great vids Adam!
I am sooooo glad I found this video! I am traveling to South Africa in April and I've searched for a few vloggers and this one is awesome! instant like & subscribe (:
Can i just say I love your style of film making and vlogging! Oh my god, Seriously cannot believe i only found your channel now. So the binge watching begins... P.S as a South African, can i say that you showed Cape Town off beautifully.
You guys stop scratching each other in South Africa we have Indians,Europeans,Africans divided(colored and Khoisan) and Afrikaners from Netherlands but all South Africans now.
You know you are the best maker video on RU-vid it's so amazing You make me go throwback and remember my trip to Cape Town in 2012 I'm in love with this city Cape Town I can't forget Clifton bay .....your editing is great like cinema photograph
first of all , Robben Island is an inactive prison and second of all it now serves as a museum (this is where Nelson Mandela was imprisoned). thirdly, there are other prisons in Cape Town.
i don't understand why "poverty" is considered reality the reality of a society. Yes this is the wealthy side of cape town, and yes there is a poorer, much grimmer side, just like any city in the world and there is nothing unique about that. So what is the point of your comment? The only issue I take with this comment is vlogger not pointing out that Robben Island is where Mandela was held prisoner for decades upon decades.
it is not just like any other city in the world. For the glitz and glamour of Cape Town, it is amazing how much poverty there is in that area. Shacks since apartheid era. I will take you to the townships on my vlog. I'm still editing.
MamaDee have you seen the South west/ North east side of Washington DC in comparison to the north west part, or the parts of the bronx in comparison to parts of Manhattan. Have u seen the slums of Dubai where migrant enslaved workers live in comparison to the glitz and glamor of the rest the city. Please travel to other parts of the world before you make such statements.
No, I'm talking about shacks in Cape Town. The natives, the people the land belong to, are living worse than dogs! Saddening. In Dubai, the rightful owners of land live like kings and it is the opposite in South Africa.
First of all, I was born and raised there and lived in those shacks until my Mother bought a house when I was fourteen. I went to school there until we moved to the USA after my college graduation from UCT. Should have watched my first vlogged before making that statement. By foreigners you mean Africans from other African countries who work in hospitality/tourism in South Africa and cannot afford to live in the neighborhoods they serve? Those same foreigners are in South Africa because they get jobs over local blacks. No, that is not because local blacks are lazy (same excuse all over the world where exploitation of cheap labor is being practiced) but because foreign blacks are cheap and don't have rights. No, I went to JHB and Cape Town is not better (I say this as a Cape Townian), this is just a narrative pushed by DA. See shacks if you want evidence. The truth is the same thing was done in universities where local blacks were denied access to university and foreign blacks were preferred. Same story here in America with Mexicans. It has nothing to do with laziness but exploitation. I work in I.T. industry so, though I probably took a job from a a local black person, my job is highly skilled. But I can guarantee you, if I was in South Africa I would be overlooked because I'm local. My step-son who lives there and just graduated does not have a job and he is working menial jobs! My sister who is also a graduate ended up giving up. I hope to start a business there and employ them both. My white brother-in-law, a former addict, has a job! So, please, go tell someone else about what is going on in South Africa.
This makes me sad and angry. The indigenous people of this land are being oppressed and stolen from, while the colonizer live in the lap of luxury on stolen land and resources...
Great video of Cape Town the Western Province city. It has the most scenic views, drives, beaches and wine farms. The house you were in was so amazing and hope it was on Top Billing. Only the best houses are on this channel which includes all Provinces. I also travelled to a few countries all have
Wow, it is crazy that this was just a few months ago. I feel like Adam has grown so much as a person. I respect him a lot more now. Also, DAMN the quality of the videos has improved so much. I mean the shots in this video are beautiful but the videos are so much more meaningful and engaging now and the editing has improved so much.
A Stunning if privileged vlog on Cape Town & surrounds. Certain shots were heart stoppingly beautiful & showing your lovely grandparents was an Aaww moment.Music track a plus. Well done Adam man!!!
I'm freakin jealous right now. I just came back from South Africa, my homeland, for a visit and I actually vlogged. BUt I don't have the kind of footage you have cause I don't have a drone or editing skills you have. ay! Will sub just for the hell of it :(
Wow it was beautiful, but it made me miss my beautiful country and our houses 🏘 are not like ugly 🇺🇸 houses and our beaches are beautiful they don’t close like America. The beautiful beaches of My Country are open 24/7. Hours,7days a week with beautiful restaurants.
I live in Stellenbosch, and going from restaurant to restaurant winery to winery is literally my life, because we don't have reservations and the restaurant is full so...
Hey what an amazing video you have so much talent and angles of that amazing view that I am proud to stay I am a Capetonian. Could you please make another video where you visit the local side of Cape Town as well and have your subscribers experience another side of Cape Town please.
This video has the same allure and focused interest as watching paint dry. They would make a perfect crew for a rudderless ship drifting aimlessly in a sea of mediocrity. :;(
