In 2004 this “Yank” got the chance to go to the Gold Coast and spend 3 weeks exploring Australia!! I took a 4WD trip into the hinterlands. This is seriously the FINEST 4WD channel on YT. You crazy aussies push your rigs hard every time. Production value is still going up too AND you guys slide in the advertisements painlessly. If that helps you keep paying for runs like these, you guys keep them ads coming in show. Its extremely well done, and the content is always pro. And yeah like the rest, its fun watching Shauno get drunk while cooking lol xD

This is one of several trips I've watched you guys do & you're bloody nuts, which is really great. You're vehicles take a bit of pounding, but truly in awe of that Opus camper & what it went through without barely any hassles. On Nolans I thought he could use the trailer to raft across behind him. I have a 2013 Nissan D40 with 31's A/T my preference is around 16-18 psi, but i'd run about 18-22 psi on the OTT

I've got a 1 pot wonder meal that has become a hit with my family. It started out as a bunch of bits and pieces thrown together when I was flat broke, but now I make it at least once a month. For lack of a better name, I call it "Cajun Alfredo." 1st, get your favorite sausage. I like to use Andouille, but anything will work. Slice it up, brown it, and set it aside. 2nd, get some peppers, onions, and okra. Fry that up in the grease that cooked out of the sausage. You might need to add a splash of oil if it was a dry sausage. Get some nice caramelization on that, and set it aside with the sausage. 3rd, get some water in the pot and cook your pasta and sauce. I'll admit, I go the lazy route here and use a pre-packaged fettuccini alfredo mix. It's easy and cheaper than dirt. Finally, once all your components are cooked, dump your meat and veg into the pasta, mix it up, and let it simmer on low heat for a few minutes. One pot, 20-30 minutes, and you've got a tasty meal.

Echidna balls: Serves 6-8: 1kg beef mince, 2 eggs beaten, 160g cooked white rice, 840g condensed tomato soup. : preheat oven or what’re u hav3 to 180 degrees Celsius, mix mince, eggs and rice together and season form into meatballs place in a casserole and cover with soup. Cook for 45mins. The rice will pop out of the meatballs that’s what makes them look like echidnas. ENJOY!!

My sons (5 & 7), who LOVE Shauno, told me I need to share my Camping Curry Recipe.... It feeds approx 6 adults Chicken Breast - I do about 1kg - if you need more you can add it! Pumpkin Sweet Potato Carrot Onion Veggies chopped in cubes. (You can really use any veggies you have) 1 x Packet of French Onion Soup 1 x 3/4 Bottle of maple syrup (I use the imitation one) 2 / 3 / 4 tablespoons of Keens Curry Powder - Has to be Keens! Depends on how curry you like it! I do 3 tablespoons (about half the keens tin) Add 4L of chicken stock or water to cover the ingredients in camp oven (we have a large one) Cook on fire - I cook for about 1to2 hours depends on how hot the fire is! ... about 30min before you eat add rice. about 2 cups. It should be pretty think when it's ready. Not a watery/soupy curry.

I'm fitting out my '84, GMC 'burban, she's up a total of about 12" over a stock, 2wd model, sliding around on 35" Nitro Mud Grapplers. Once I've finished up some body mods/repairs and moved all the switching and electronics to overhead panels, added a roof rack with lights and a portable winch pad on the left and right sides of the rack to keep me from toppling over, installed the N.O S. military issued, "Hum-Vee" water-fording kit with pressurized diffs and a snorkel and a few other odds and ends, like twin lockers and a split transfer case, I should be good to go! lol Now then... If I can just figure out how to get my rig from Georgia, USA over to the Tele' track, were on our way!

My favourite part about Shauno’s cooking segments is watching him get drunker after every cut scene. He starts off tipsy and by the time he’s serving it’s just hilarious.
