There are many versions starting with bread and the way to fry it with oil, butter or lard, I opted for butter because it is my favorite flavor.

INGREDIENTS
150 grams butter
5 bobbins
80 grams piloncillo
1 cinnamon stick
1 star anise
125 ml water
200 ml condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
250 ml milk
5 ml vanilla
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons water
Coconut, walnut, almond and raisins
