CTR Club members got together for another "GYHD" session to help fellow member Michael get his 1966 Spitfire MK2 started. The car will not idle and there are other problems with the timing, carburetors, throttle linkage, and battery.
I'm pretty sure that the ATDC timing was for California cars... I just went through this with a 1500 Midget (the 1500 Midget had the same driveline as the Spit). I set it up to 10 degrees BTDC and at Idle and got it running.
