We're cycle touring across Turkey and exploring interesting places along the way. In Cappadocia, our hot air balloon flight is postponed due to weather, so we plan an ambitious three-day trip around this area of Turkey. Can we make it back for our flight? On our gravel bikes, we see some of Cappadocia's hidden valleys, camp in an abandoned mosque, and find churches painted by early Christians.
