There are lots of must-do activities in Cappadocia aside from hot air ballooning (which is 100% a must too), like visiting Göreme Open Air Museum and going on an ATV tour. Both activities can be easily enjoyed in a single day in Cappadocia which is exactly what we did in this vlog.
For lunch we went to Rocks Terrace Restaurant which is a great spot in the town centre with warm, friendly service and a fantastic view of Göreme.

✨ Göreme Open Air Museum is a must-visit in Cappadocia. You can actually walk to it from the town centre which would take around 25 mins but depending on the season, a taxi would be the most convenient and comfortable way to get there. We definitely recommend seeing the Dark Church too.
✨ For the ATV ride, no experience is necessary really. It's mostly accelerate and break but in saying that a level of open-road riding confidence is needed and caution should always be exercised because you can flip and/or damage the vehicles (or worse hurt yourself) if you're not careful. The waiver that you sign before the ride will outline liability for damage. Bring a bandana and sun glasses too.
