This is crazy, ten years later I’m writing this right now and I’m watching meth on drink champs as Nore just mentioned capadonna’s rapping ability and meth said capadonna taught him how to rhyme just as I cut off the video to come here and reminisce on cap, then I see this comment first, that’s crazy. No way was the last verse an off the Top of the head- _Lava style flow, spit it as it comes._ Nope! Plus his delivery on that second go around was To fast as well. And His verbiage there made CrAZy sense. I'd say both of their second verses were pre established sharpened darts. Even though Donna's first verse was his best. Than dude at the end lit that sht on Fire w/ that well crafted ryhme.

Dope but I wouldn’t call this freestyle. Freestyle out here in Cali in the mid 90’s meant something else. It was about letting the pure lyrics flow out of your brain without thinking twice, usually dissing an opponent in a battle or cyphers were you honed your skill. I did graffiti back in the days and a freestyle was always born then and there without a warm up. A freestyle for me was catching a spot in the homie’s book with nothing more than a sharpie and maybe a pilot pen. If my definition of a freestyle is wrong then what do you call what Harry Mack does?
the word freestyle has a couple definitions, it can be a purely spontaneous off the dome rhyme, or it could just be a random written rhyme you spit over a beat that has no real context or anything. for this video i would say they are doing the latter
