Hi! I’m confident that the steps aren’t an issue at least for me personally. So far, I’ve dialed in over 20 coffees from different roasters varying between light and light medium. I haven't missed a step a single time. If there would be a situation that I'd desperately need one extra step, I think there are ways to compensate for that. Thanks for asking!
Hi, thanks! I usually go for what this particular roastery calls “filter”, these lighter roasts taste for me much nicer when pulled 1:3 and more, but I haven’t asked what they recommend. I decide what tastes good 😅Thanks for asking!
Hi! very cool set up :) I was wondering if you also tried the Omega fast grind version before buying, I wonder if it makes different tasting coffee... Do you llike your espresso with soft grind? You said you take about 1 min to grind so seems pretty fast :) Oh, one last thing, I wanna get one too but I was worried about the carbon lever, usually carbon is not used to produce torque on that axis, and I'm afraid it could crack easily. Is yours still ok? Thank you for your time :)
Hi! I haven’t tried the fast burr option yet. I think faster grinding would require more torque but would achieve same results. There’s no way the lever would ever crack unless I try to grind stones! Mazzer has chosen this material for good reason. Thanks for asking!
