Im from a bit of a tough working class estate, bit of 'streetkid' growing up lol. Quite different backgrounds, not saying there aren't difficulties growing up in any demographic. I love Ben Fogle. I think he's an incredible bloke. As for crying not being manly, not at all. Sometimes the release of emotion helps you to push forward. And who else could do what these 2 guys did? Both amazing guys. Ben is something special for me, very kind, intelligent, real and tough. Great man.

Dont leave water to the last minute u need it before u suffer dehydration also just pace yourselves nicely so u have enough energy when an emergency does occur. It shd be a crossing less than a race really. In my humble opinion.

The 2 lads who crossed the Tasman sea, thier water makers (they had 2 on board) Gave out luckily they also had a manual one that saved the day ! Moral of the story never cut yourself short in the water department ! !
