Now you're guys made me wanted to own FJ cruiser . I'm always a big fan Jeeps . In my life time I owned , Jeep Grand Cherokee limited 2002, Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 2001,Jeep liberty 2004 , Jeep Commander 2008 and Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 2010

I do like IFS for "faster offroading" such as dunes. But, that's respectable that you like FJ's better. I like Jeeps but FJ's are good vehicles too. I love the simplicity, strength, and cheapness of my solid axles
The "Fuck Jeep" saying has been around for decades. I didn't come up with it. I should clear up that I don't like Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, etc, the only exception being the wrangler... which I can respect. Jeeps and FJ's are both good off roaders and both have strengths and weaknesses. I'm not going to bash a Wrangler because they are good vehicles. I just prefer FJ's.
I know a lot of vehicles would have gotten stuck there. I'm not making excuses to why the FJ got stuck. A Rubi would have gotten stuck too. I do actually know how off road vehicles are built. I have a built 4Runner. I'm saying I prefer an FJ because I think it's a better vehicle. The only thing the Jeep has on it is a solid front axle, which the FJ can have swapped into it. In the type of driving and wheeling I do I'd rather have a solid rear axle and IFS with dual lockers. Thanks
I've been in Jeeps wheeling. No doubt they're good vehicles off road. I've just found Toyota's to be much more reliable all around. The simplicity of the old wranglers is awesome, but I wouldn't dare buy a new one. The people I know that have Chrysler products have had extreme problems. Anyway they are both VERY good off roaders with a lot of mod-ability. End of the day I just prefer the Yota, and you prefer the Jeep, no problem.
Every time I see someone dart toward the center of lake Christy it makes me yell at my screen. "STAY TO THE OUTSIDE!" I;ve seen this thing swallow deuce and halfs, no way anything this side of a boat stands a chance in the middle. FWIW you gave it HELL and almost made it.

Your pretty sure? Just to let you know, a deuce and a half got stuck in the spot the fj got stuck in. Search it. And if your saying an FJ is better than a Jeep, your a fool and have no idea how offroad vehicles are built. FJ's can be built to be better than a stock jeep and jeeps can be built better than a stock fj.
i own a tj and my cousin has an fj both rigged up we take turns sometimes offroad and clearly you have no appreciation for what offroad really is, just because an old saying has been around for so long does'nt mean you go around talking smack about something you actually just said you respect. to me youre just another hater
I don't want the new FJ. I just bought a 2013 jeep unlimited for the wife because it still got the solid axle. Dude My Fj55 is worth twice as much as the new ones. My rigs are the real deal period. Please look at my channel b4 you reply.
Well you are blind my friend. A fj55 with a 4bt custom narrowed dana 60's ARB's, Np 205 and 203 doubler. 49 gal built fuel cell. On board air and custom bumpers. I've got more in in man hours on that truck want it cost to buy a new FJ. My parts list alone it in the 30's.
I just got one thing to say. This vehicle dosn't deserve the name FJ. O! by the way if you haters don't think I know what I'm talking about, Check my vidios, I have a real FJ not this IFS cheep knock off.
