I feel like The Leader and Ross are working together. Or at the very least they did work together and then Leader went rogue. But Ross is 100% involved and will probably be the main villain of the movie.

There's only been 2 captain America movies. Perhaps what you liked about the second movie is actually the theme of CA. Similar to Marvel's version of Jason Bourne.

Anyone else notice the clicking music and the shot of Esposito with the bullet shells coming out of the gun is taking directly from the Disney+ SuperBowl preview when Brühl also had the shells falling down towards the camera on the clips for F&tWS?
