the Sekovia Accords isn't the same as superhuman registration act you realize right? the Sekovia Accords is an agreement that each country on this planet gets to have a right to say if they want the Avengers to operate in their countries, it is an agreement that is holding the Avengers to a level of accountability, it is an agreement that means Avengers can't just do whatever they want whenever they want - and really, why is that so wrong to expect some limitations placed on superheroes? we have restrictions on cops, soldiers, government agents, we have rules in this world now and nobody ever cries that it's somehow wrong to limit them, so why should Avengers get different treatment just because they're superheroes?

the Sekovia Accords is practically no different than turning the Avengers into more of a NATO style force for our protection where the world, everyone, gets to have a vote before action is taken - we've never cried for change in NATO and how it functions so I don't see why Sekovia Accords is so wrong - expecting a superhero to be trained and ready and held accountable is in the right

I don't like the government having the power to tell superheroes to not get involved, imagine if the Sokovia Accords existed when Ultron attacked, and the government didn't allow the avengers to fight him, he would've whipe out life from the planet, just because the avengers weren't trust. No man, team Captain all the way.

+Vader fathers Dumbledore if the Sekovia Accords existed, Tony Stark would have been held accountable and not been given a chance to create Ultron in the first place - Ultron only existed because Avengers had no supervision. because Tony was not given limitations. if superheroes are allowed to get involved in whatever fight they want, that's like saying the US can just go anywhere and fight any war in whatever country without permission. you only create chaos, not order. even today our government agencies have strict rules when it comes to how we operate on foreign soil - America does not equal the world, nor does an American superhero group have a right to go anywhere they want - it is anarchy and chaos and sets a terrible precedent - it is, as shown in the film, an international incident waiting to happen - this is why operations on foreign grounds are always consulted with permission of other countries - the Avengers are no different than cops, soldiers, or CIA or FBI, they have to have rules. encouraging this behavior of no rules and do what they want is irresponsible, especially given that the last two big attacks on Earth happened due to actions or involvements of members of the Avengers

the fact that people are actually debating the validity of the Sekovia Accords means the trailer and story permiss has done its job. And the accords basically or the Registration Act. Under the Accords you basically cannot be a superhero without government supervision. well people here are talking about the political standpoint of the Avengers entering a foreign country can be viewed as an act of war. Captain America side, aka the vigilante side, the accord means tying hands from being able to react to a threats and save lives.

+colprom we know because Chris Evans has already said he has blocked out 9 months to film Infinity War and RDJ just had a new contract signed to include him in Civil War and Infinity War - so unless both are just lies to play with the public, they will be headlining the two parter Avengers - it is unlikely that they'd kill either of the two leading man right before the big Avengers two parter show down that had been building up since the first Avengers, you need the original team there to carry the impact, either one or both dying in Infinity War makes more sense anywhere else
