Oh, this is heavenly. Fate's themes (Captain O'Kane and The Clergy's Lamentations) are my all-time favourite BGM from any game ever, and the hammered dulcimer is my favorite instrument.
I first heard you playing a song from Skyrim and thought that the Fate Theme would sound so good on that instrument! And here you are already with the cover! 😍

I just want to say, I stumbled across your channel while looking for hammered dulcimer covers of elder scrolls music. You are phenomenal. Hammered Dulcimer is one instrument If always wanted to learn to play, and own, but it has never been in my budget. Absolutely wonderful covers. I hope to see many more videos on your channel, I could listen to dulcimer all day

I would love to hear a cover of the Fargo (TV Series) theme! Jeff Russo is a great composer, and I think he even used a Dulcimer in the Year 4 soundtrack, but I can’t quite tell.
It’s hard to notice in the video but I actually flipped my hammers over and there’s a soft material on the other edge of the hammer ☺️. Some dulcimers do have damper pedals though 🙂 but they give a much more muted sound than what you hear in the video
