The reboot trilogy never came even remotely close to this level of writing. The fact that I remember this speech by heart speaks volumes after all these years.
Exactly mw19 was good and it looked like a start to a promising reboot and then mw22 and 23 went and ruined part of the legacy of the original characters like newer cod players will only think of the new mw games which sucked- mw23 had the laziest story I’ve ever seen- while this masterpiece may be overshadowed by
@@kirillshvedov3283 Nah MW19 had good gameplay and a unique story, dont trip. Everything that came after though was kinda shit. The ghilly'd up mission in MW2 and fighting the tank was dope but other than that youre right.
I agree the mw19 campaign was a good foundation, the problems began when they started incorporating the story into spec ops and warzone, it gave the writers the excuse not to tie up loose ends in single player. Knowing current COD, makarov will get killed in a cutscene after doing an Easter egg in mw4 season six or some bullshit like that
@@LaRozzle mw23s story wasn't bad but it was def rushed and the gameplaybsucked since it was just spec ops and war zone. Which is ironic since mw22s story felt like a short dlc campaign stretched out longer with a rushed shepherds betrayal while mw23s felt like a potentially cold story rushed out for a quota. Sucks
Vytautas Black ops had a real good story, even better than the ones we have in movies these days. But MW was just different, it had great world building and made you feel you were not following a a fictional person's story, but the story of a fictional alternative world.
I know right? It seems like everything now days just sucks. Less effort, less artistic passion is out into everything. Video games, music, movies. Everything has become streamlined, accessible, and been made about making most amount of money. (I know it’s always been about that, but now so now more than ever lol)
+shadow rider ...Honestly if they TRUELY tried harder, then COULD make it better: increase gore, increase bullet damage, more guns (Real Guns), actual war dates, have some actors from Saving Private Ryan give their voices and likeness. Just some thoughts:) lol

+Roblox Man ...I've been thinking, you should make one where you play as a Nazi. See it from the other side. I read a book back in school called All Quiet on the Western Front. It showed how soldiers dealt with war on Both sides. I think mostly German I can't remember. All I love the MP40 and German grenades and say what you want about Germans, they knew how to fucking dress.
I think the garbled, encoded "For the Record" message would be better, followed by a trailer showing the landscapes and more iconic moments of Modern Warfare 2 with the "Healthy Human Mind" speech over it.
I’ve had a fallen out with my friend group and I’m pinned as the bad guy all because one of them lied or exaggerated their version of the truth and now it’s left me deeply hurt knowing that they thought so low of me. I won’t go into much detail cause it’s personal but the more I thought about what happened I started to see thorough the person that I thought I could trust the lies and manipulation that pinned me as the bad guy, and now I feel that I have nothing much to lose and I’m glad I still have some very few friends that I could trust and talk to because they actually believed and helped me. I then looked back at prices speech of the whole “history is filled with liars” and the concept of one good trick and lie to create a lot of drama and shit. I know it’s nothing compared to war and it’ll all blow over soon for me, but I am still pissed of being backstabber by people I thought were friends and allies. I hope everyone else has close and good friendships and please be careful of who you trust 🙏
Funny how this is literally just a loading screen. It is not nostalgia, AAA games were objectively better back then, I swear AAA gaming peaked with original MW2.
MW2 and 3 were way less realistic/tactical but man I love that. The power fantasy of getting revenge on Mac and Shep was worth it imo. It’s like playing a great 80’s action movie.
I agree with price. I survived being a drug dealer and later as a cancer patient (small scale, opiates, I didn't go breaking bad) by welcoming death every morning. That's not a poetic statement, that's how I started damn near every day because no one can hurt you, threaten you, or stop you if you accept death.
I remember a scene in The Walking Dead where Rick talks about a relative who fought in WII. He asked him them how they survived and there response was something along the lines of "I told myself every morning that it was my last day of life" and how it enabled him to live every day without fear.
I replayed MW2, the remaster on Series X recently, and it's still amazing and the writing and the speeches by all the characters and voice acting is top notch. It truly is great.
I can’t believe I was 7 or something when this came out. I’m 14 now. Oh I miss the old days. Cod has hit the fan ever since bo2, well bo2 was amazing but ever game after it wasn’t amazing
They’re both good in their own right. Like OG price was far more serious and mission focused. Where as reboot price is more sarcastic and funny i think.
Tbh I think there both have there up's and there down's like any other game. You've got prices speeches and reznov's speeches You've got amazing story's with amazing characters There both very very good
+AFK I will politely disagree. I liked modern warefare much better than black ops in multiplayer. Though I can understand the appeal of blackops multiplayer.

Couldn't even believe that MW,WAW,and BO are the games that despite the multiplayer has a great story,right now the developers just wanted money and didn't even care about the campaign anymore
