This time, we visit the ancient city of Aphrodisias in the southwestern Turkey, in the Aydin province. This is one of the best preserved ancient cities in Turkey displaying the ancient civilization's approach to different aspects of life and city concept. According to the wikipedia, Aphrodisias was a small Roman Hellenistic city in the historic Caria cultural region. It was named after Aphrodite. It was added to the UNESCO World Heritage Site list on 2017.
