I did go to film school, but I learned SO much more outside of school than I ever did going to school. It was fun for the experience of living on my own and meeting new people, but from a NL editing education standpoint, it was pretty weak compared to what I learned on my own

Any advice on which method to use when exporting an edit from Adobe effects to premiere pro?

Ideally, you want to export Lossless from After Effects as you'll likely be encoding it when you export from Premiere. You don't want to compress twice. If you need transparency set the Video Output / Channels to RGB + Alpha

You can add whatever you want! It’s not “true” stop motion, it’s just an effect

Is Runway interchangeable with premier as in my older master suite I bought years ago ? How does ML Lab work? credits etc.. Thx bud.

Runway is a video editor fully built on the web, and works from any computer in any browser. As far as interchangeability, it will be eventually, but as of today, it’s still missing some features that are currently being worked on to make it even better (with my help 😉) as for ML lab, you pay for credits, and those credits can be exchanged to run machine learning models for training GANs etc. not super useful for “traditional” video editing but still cool nonetheless :)
