Система грабежа меньшинством большинства, что сейчас называют государством, идеально отлажена по всему миру, с небольшими религиозными и национальными отличиями на местах. В условиях непреодолимых противоречий мирового капитала на полях Украины происходит передел рынка ( сфер финансовых интересов). Украину давно и целенаправленно насыщали оружием и "толкали" в сторону нацификации, для создания полноценного идеологического противника России. Для народа России есть известная официальная версия для начала военных действий. Это вполне подтверждается существующем строем в Украине (он абсолютно такой же ,что и в России, но + нацификация с фашистским уклоном). Т.е. патриотично гибнуть русскому народу есть за что. I used to work in an elder home with men and women who had lived through World War II; the men for the most part had served in Europe. They honored me by sharing their wartime stories with me. They’d seen terrible injuries, attacks, and treatment; sometimes in the trenches, or field hospitals and of course on the battlefield. Not one ever spoke of an engagement where hospitals were targeted (by either side) and in fact they told me that in long military engagements leaders purposely avoid hospitals and treatment centers because places where opposition forces can be treated rob the resources of a region and make it easier to take in the end. Doctors in a hospital mean fewer men at the front to wield weapons or staff field hospitals, wounded soldiers need expensive surgeries and recovery time before they are able to fight again. Bleak but pragmatic. I have a great deal of family who are active military (brothers, cousins, & nephews) and it’s upsetting to think about them going to fight far away when they only just got home, but they want to go. We talked and cried and they asked, “If we don’t go end this now, who will? And when? Will it be when there are no hospitals in Ukraine, or when there are no hospitals in Moldova, Belarus, and Poland, or when Putin decides to take the rest of Georgia?” I don’t want this conflict for anyone. Not for Ukrainian families, nor Russian families, or American families.

Now, considering whether the presence of a hospital "robs" resources and makes a region easier to take, I'd also say otherwise. Without a hospital, without a place to treat the wounded, the wounded have to be taken in charge by people who are not in that job and who can only make do instead of doing what they are qualified to do.
Not quite true, allied pilots often attacked field hospitals. In fact they had order to attack anything on the ground, even children on a bicycle. That's why many German field hospitals stood in forests. Chuck Yeager wrote about these missions.
When will the concept of war be dead, instead of people? War crime is a paradoxical phrase, as war itself is crime! My father in law was in German concentration camp and had a tattooed number on his arm. In the last days of the war, Germans were burning people alive as they didn't have any bullets left. He had witnessed this and had never recovered mentally from this. He also had told us so much about the war. I'm so scared now. ♥️

Reminds me of WW2. Soviet soldiers who were POWs after the war were returned and sent by Stalin right to the gulags. I think the best thing Russian troops can do is surrender to the Ukrainians and join them fighting against Putin's aggression. It's in the best interest of both countries to defeat Putin.

This sounds exactly like what happened to Soviet soldiers who were captured during WW II - those who finally made it home were sent to the Gulag as traitors, or just shot. It sickens me to know this could be done today.
What’s terrifying and something not many people know/nor care about… those types of camps/prisons still exist. Russia itself has multiple, some of which they use solely for NK prisoners that NK has shipped them to be used as slave labor. So the thought that these people today could still be shipped to a gulag/concentration camp/death camp for being “traitors” is sadly very real

Mercenaries from England and other NATO countries are stationed at this base. We live in such a cruel world where corruption is universal. Only if youre rich or a higher power you are treated with the utmost respect. War is inevitable but it really gets under your skin when these same people have to fight and have no other option but death, and then their family has to honor them like this? This is not about being a traitor, or about not deserving respects its about humanity. These men are fighting to keep higher powers in a comfortable position.

Reminds me of a documentary about a russian soldiers of the Afghan war that was forced to stay in Afghan, get married start a family there but when he tried to come back , he was declared a traitor.

Same as WWII: captured RU solders were considered traitors and often shot when they returned. Even Stalin's son died in captivity. apparently committing suicide rather than return as a POW (he had suicidal tendencies since youth but no doubt he understood returning to Russia was a disgrace).

Only traitors” not only that but they cut government aid to the families of soldiers who surrendered. Which in a communist regime means they removed all the access to food and money from a surrendered soldiers family.

Remember the story about the captured woman GI in Iraq, and how she was firing her rifle as other American soldiers rescued her. All revealed to be total lies about two weeks later.

This is absolutely outrageous that these soldiers who have surrendered for whatever reason, now face the possibility of execution by firing squad if they return home. This is so soul destroying that I can barely express my rage at the inhumanity of the situation and the psychological consequences for these young soldiers. Ukraine must offer them amnesty and reassure them that they will not be forcibly returned home. I think that after a couple of days to decompress Ukraine should offer them citizenship if they volunteer to fight for Ukraine against the invading Russian Army. This will offer these young men the opportunity to redeem themselves and provide Ukraine with a sizeable influx of trained soldiers to bolster their forces. It will also be a propaganda kick in the nuts for Putin by not just taking his captured soldiers out of the fight, but turning them against Putin. They don't have death penalty at the moment, but after Russia got kicked from the Council of Europe, Lavrov said he was happy they could now reintroduce the death penalty. We're talking about a country where just saying something critical about the war is punishable with up to 15 years imprisonment.

Mercenaries from England and other NATO countries are stationed at this base. The mercenaries thought the Ukrainians were winning, then it would be an easy walk. Result. More than 200 mercenaries were destroyed at this base.
