I've JUST had this done today between my shoulders and mid back then my neck- a left and right turn. the relief is unbelievable, prior to the back adjustments I felt like I couldn't take a full breath it was so restrictive to me now I feel INCREDIBLE. The sounds of it getting done 😮 I couldn't believe that was coming from my body
I would love that relief!!! I visited a chiropractor that performed an adjustment on my lower shoulder blade and I screamed in pain. After that, he did another adjustment and I screamed again and said stop! 🛑 after several pain in my cage and multiple imaging, his adjustment???? Caused my cartilage to separate from my rib cage. It was excruciating pain for 10 weeks 😢I would have loved to have you performing adjustment 😢I’m scared to go to another chiropractor…
That’s extremely unfortunate! You should definitely go to a different one but make sure you explain what happened. Once you find the right one you’ll love it.
Was in a car accident a few years back. After several months of terrible back pain I went to the chiropractor where they took X-rays of my spine, but I forgot to tell them about the accident. The dr sat down next to me, showed me the X-rays and said, “were you in a car accident?” Oh yeah, I forgot to mention 😅
I always thought it was weird recording these im not mad as this is satisfying for me but imagine being Taylor and just hearing your chiropractor just start making a yt intro
It's a good idea to do it whenever you feel that something in your neck, spine, chest, or ribs, is out of place or misaligned. You could make it a part of your routine to always have at least one appointment a month, but go when you experience discomfort in the aforementioned areas. One of the best things you can do is a combination of massage and chiropractic therapy, and I'd say it's best to have massage work done after a chiropractic adjustment. It's really hard to find a good massage therapist, but a good general rule of thumb is if they actually have a certificate, practice craniosacral, and come with good references.
Serious question do you think after being in a car crash a year ago, i could go and get my lower back adjusted? Its been in pain since, some days its just a numb pain others i just want to lay down and not do anything.
Yes more than likely you can. When you first go to a chiropractor they will do a in depth exam that will tell them if it’s safe to adjust or not. The key when looking for a chiropractor is making sure they prescribe exercises and stretches. The adjustment will definitely make it feel better but the pain will start coming back unless you do exercises to fix the compensation pattern.
And here we got tommy Now tommy here was in an accident about a week ago and has been complaining about back right tommy? Ya... I actually just want a small check up, could you..? Al righty were just gonna push here and *CRACK* Oh...oh God I can't feel my legs!
It’s crazy i got into a car accident in December as well😭 my chiropractor did a manual adjustment for the first time instead of the instrument and it hurt. Is that normal
I love getting my back popped as much as the next guy, but there is no medical benefit to chiropractics. Not for the layman and especially not for a car accident victim Just an expensive massage with a .01% change to leave perminently paralized with no culpability on the chiropractor's part
@@empowerhp What medical journals are out here publishing articles about the benefits of chiropractics? Herniation or otherwise, what is the benefit and where is the proof that it does anything beneficial? Temporary relief in pressure feels nice and all, but that's all it is. Temporary relief. Point still stands, you ABOLUTELY shouldn't go to a chiropractor if you have a herniation. At best, they don't make it worse and you MIGHT feel a little better for a LITTLE bit. At worst, an untrained person pretending to be a medical professional permanently damages your spinal chord. It's not worth it
@@xXMACEMANXx You should 100% go to a chiropractor for a herniation. Adjusting around the herniation allows for those areas to move more which will decrease the use of the area that has a herniation. Therefore allowing the herniation to heal. If you go to a sports chiro (like us), they'll prescribe you exercises which will allow the herniation to heal even faster. There are tons of them. I'll drop links to them later tonight. They are on my computer at home. And like I said you're just trying to a key board warrior on a topic you know nothing about.
@@empowerhp If a REAL doctor like an ortho or neuro assesses the herniation and deems something like an inversion table to be helpful, that's great. And you're entirely within your right to offer a regiment of using an inversion table once a week for 120$. The problem is, chiropractors do not require board certified medical training to the standards of an ortho or neuro doctor. You specifically might be very well trained or knowledgeable, but the fact of the matter is that you can't provide an appropriate level of medical care to these people who need it. Plenty of people will get into a car accident, maybe go to the ER and be told they have a herniation, and then go right to a chiropractor to try and fix it when in reality they need to see a doctor for more specific (and medically proven) treatment.
Empowerhp it seems you need to learn what a keyboard warrior is - they're someone acting tough over the net when in real life they wouldn't do anything. In this situation the keyboard warrior is you - Mace spoke his opinion and you resulted to insults first with the keyboard warrior statement.
Doctors get so mad at this but all a chiropractor is doing is rearranging their bones 🦴 and telling them to take deep breaths then bones go back in place
I graduate from chiropractic school in August, and I share what we learn in school, how we treat in natural ways, and many other unknown chiropractic facts on my page. Love for you to check it out! :)
It all depends on what kind of chiropractor you go to. It needs to be a sports//rehab based chiropractor. They’ll give you exercises to help with knee stability. How did you dislocate your knee?
@@empowerhp well he was going 300 mph after that he hit a plane which then thanos snapped him back into reality after that he then flew 80x faster than the speed of light which then he reality warped to you after that you cracked the reality out of him so he can turn super sayian after his hair turned yellow you guys had a awesome fight the end.
I just think they use this sound to play with patients mind ! I have disc problems tried 6 sessions but still no any Results! They just charge money for that sound !
Damn I’m sorry you had a bad experience. I wouldn’t be in business if I was just charging for the sound. The only way we stay in business is if we get results. Where did you go?
@@empowerhp don't let these kinds of people get to you, my mother has been involved in the healthcare industry for most of her life, EMT, nurse, DSP, and is a massage practitioner who recently studied and integrated craniosacral therapy into some of her sessions starting a few years ago, and as a very non-guillible no-nonsense person, I can say for a fact it's not smoke and mirrors. I have experienced her massage therapy and we've also visited chiropractors doing that exact type of work shown in the video, and we thank you for the legitimate work you do. It sucks that other chiropractors have made it a sport of entertainment, but you just have to keep on keeping on, and spreading good work so the haters know the difference. Godspeed.
Jesus christ died for our sins according to the scripture he was buried and rose again the 3rd day according to the scripture. For god loved the world he gave his only begotten son and that whoever believes in him shouldn't perish but have eternal life ✨️😇😇😇
I don't know if you care about this comment anymore, but it's not even about the pops, good chiropractors have that type of table, and it's all just adjustments and realignments. The best ones are able to identify things that you don't even know yourself. Range of motion, one leg being shorter than the other, out of place necks, rib and sternum painful poppings. I've reaped the benefits of my chiropractor fixing all of those, and it's good to go in at least once a month, for just $60, albeit I live in a somewhat rural city. Not all chiropractors are plague doctors or magic men or tv evangelists, but real therapists.
