But overall, it brought back loads of great memories of being on the spanners and the fun I had ( although not so much fun at times) I'm sat here watching with a permanent grin on my face, going through with you every struggle you experience. Keep up the great work it😊 truly is as it is, no sugar-coated staged input just a genuine lad sharing his day to day experience. Those d5 volvos originally came with that rubber turbo hose mate, but after about 10 years they got soft and would fail (suck in when u give it throttle) that's what the plastic pipe is about, but yeah for that price I'd have the hose too lol

Chris be careful removing side shift ram & blanking pipes off, side shift will physically move left to right & back to right to left, if doing shit like that you got to mechanically lock the frame central.

Hi Chris. That was an easy fix on the car and save a few penny’s. I saw my dad do the thermostat in cup of boiler water and did the same as you took the bit off and put back in and fix. Great vid mate have a good weekend 👍

If the forklift had proper coolant in the engine it would protect the cooling system and lube the coolant pump.

If you take the thermostat out the water circulates to quick and it either wont stay in the engine long enough to heat up and the engine runs cold or it doesn't stay in the radiator long enough to cool down and it overheats. By punching the centre out it slows the flow
