i have bought this oldtimercar a few weeks ago, its now more then 30 years old and have plans to spend my holidays with it together with my dog. Its the perfect size for us both.

Awesome, subscribed! Ive been thinking of building something similar myself. What engine does your have? I've been thinking of buying either 200D or 300D because of reliability and fuel consumption.

kiisseli thanks for the compliment! Mine is a 250D. So the om602. Definitely go for it. Absolutely the best and most reliable car ever!

250D Definitely the best model !! i have one and also want to build something like this! The problem is that has to fit 2 person! i cant find more videos of this and from this car! anyone already saw?

hello Lars ! j'adore ! j'ai une S124 300 TD, fantastique machine avec laquelle je compte faire le tour de la France. et j'adore dormir dans ma voiture. belle installation mais comment fais tu si tu veux dormir avec une amie ? et à la joue du loup, as tu dormi dans ta voiture ? la S124 est fantastique !

I always just slept alone. If you want you can just lower the two seats in the back and make a bigger bed. But then you'll have less furniture of course. Thanks a lot for the compliments! If you're ever in Belgium, welcome!

How tall are you? Will sb 190cm fit in such a conversion?

Yes 190cm is the limit, My mattress was 180 and I had at least 10cm extra. You could go easily to 2m but then you need to slide your drivers seat always to the front of course for sleeping

Nice and inspiring but I am not sure if u should have the charging pods near your brain during the night. Might be unhealthy long term.

@@LarsTheViking Hi, its the currency and electrical fields exactly beside your head. U can test this by putting a laptop on your knees. After some time you might feel a slight tingling sensation in the area the laptop is placed. No need to believe my, just go to your local home depot and get one of those devices that measure the electrical field around those cables and around the phone. Those energy fields are damaging and while sleeping you are for several hours every night in or near those fields. Basically, never place them around your brain or your private parts for a long time without a break.
