Can’t wait to see some of the adventures coming up, you’ve done some amazing builds, and are always coming up with interesting content - love the 🐝🐝🐝 quilt!
Trobolo toilet is a cheaper and better option. The alternator charger is a great bit of kit though, isn’t it! You’ve done a great job, nicely thought out. The only thing I would do is tone down the interior lighting 😂
Cool stuff man, clever solutions everywhere. I personally wouldn't be a fan of the bright/cold lighting at all (but since they're LEDs I reckon you can adjust the colour). And I'd cook outside as often as possible (and before it get's really dark), unless it rains of course. 🤗Looking forward to seeing this build in action!
I know you think that fridge is secured but if you have to do some serious braking or worse, you’ll be wearing it as a hat …. I’d have another look at fixing it down. As for the toilet I’d of just cut a hole in the floor 😂
If you trick the car into thinking the seat is still there, and someone crashes into you whilest you're asleep and the airbag triggers... you might need to order a new spine aswell. Make sure to turn it off.
How do you use the toilet inside the car? Also, a head on crash would throw that cool box straight at your head - you need to strap it down or put up a bulkhead in front of it
The entire unit and seat wild fly forward before that Velcro. I can pick up the whole wooden structure by lifting the fridge. I do need to strap down the frame though although it’s wedged in pretty tight
Thank you! I wish I could send a link but my friend had a box of them laying around so I used them. They’re called undermount slides though so hopefully you can find some online
A john cooper works car camper would be ny ideal car camper but i prefer to sleep in the front seat etc Someone will make a Ferrari car camper before long
It seems like it’s not going to be thick enough but once your body weight is spread out it’s all good. I’d probably go for something about 2 or 3cm thicker next time though
@@Adz a was just pointing out what I had seen in the background and from the video you did mention it on when you got ticktack lol enjoying all your work my friend keep it up,try get more vids out because they are excellent 👊
Yeah I know mate, it does look bad from some angles! It should be covered on the insurance but I’ll have to pay a bit of it. I personally thought it would’ve failed the mot like it but it was only an advisory!
@@Adz well am pretty sure a will see what you have done with it on the nxt build video,a realy like what you are doing,am wanting to get a camper for me and wife and child and travel scotland for 6 months, its a dream never done it but you are inspiration and love it all,be good my friend
"And that will give me just about enough light to see what I'm doing" It's like Blackpool bloody Illuminations in there! I put rubbery pads on the bottom of my Alpicool C15 and even unsecured on a piece of plastic coated ply it didn't move, yours is going nowhere with that Velcro!
@@Adz Surprised you're not blinded 🤣 I've got 4 12v downlights in my T5, and they're a bit much, we use USB cheapy multi-coloured string light like yours, set to white and thats comfortable on an evening!
Mr ventures is 5ft 11.. the bed is actually as long as a regular single (190cm) but only half the width of a single. Which makes things very interesting 😂😂
