On today’s episode of car cooking, we embarked on a 14 hour overnight stay in the Arby’s parking lot.
Equipped with sleeping bags, a grill, and brisket, we took on our toughest challenger yet: The Smokehouse Brisket Sandwich. This may not have been the best brisket I’ve every made, but its easily the hardest I’ve worked for one…
