🇺🇲 from Florida bro! I dont usually comment, i do like your channel tho! My childhood best friend was Jamaican! I remember his pops always having a stick of sugar can chewing on it from his garden! Stay blessed my friend!
Cool video! Thanks for posting! Another good tip is to roll the windows down a tad to clean the tops and sides of them. All the best with your detailing business!😊☺️
Kevon Hendricks here from Guyana 🇬🇾 i find your videos very motivating, and as a beginner I'm taking down all these tips. Continue to keep the good vibes
@@KevonHendricks that’s the vibe man..to build a community where detailers can build and not tear each other down..it’s positivity over here always! 🙌🏼 Thanks for tuning in
Hi Chris, checking in from Clinton Township Michigan, (just north of Detroit). This was a very informative video, thank you so much for taking the time to put it together. I'm a DIY'er and I've spent quite a bit of money on detailing equipment and supplies for the 3 vehicles that my Wife and I own. If I could make a suggestion, it would be about the leaf blower, most, if not all of them, do not have a filter on them, so it's actually pulling in whatever is in the air and blasting it right back onto the vehicle. I'm not really sure if it makes that big of a difference, it was just a thought. I bought the Adams Polishes Air Cannon Jr, and it works really well, it blows HOT filtered air which also assists in drying the water as it is being blown off the surface and, in the cracks, and crevices. There are also many other air dryers on the market to choose from and I understand completely that most everyone would be able to afford a leaf blower over the pricey device like I bought. I just wanted to throw that out there. May God continue to Bless you in your endeavors Sir. Cap'n Dan
Hello there, firstly thanks for commenting and for your info about leaf blowers..the ones with filters are cool too. So many measures one can take in detailing..air filters on blowers is just another step one can take if desired. Shout out all Michigan viewers! Blessings 🙏🏻
Great video man. I like to foam before i rinse the car. Learned from Yvan lecroy you can induce scratches with the dirt and pressure washer with no lubrication. Probably slim chance but since then I foam, rinse, then foam again and go in with contact. So many ways to get the job done for sure.
Thanks, my man I appreciate you answering my question. I like your videos, I’m new to detailing foe a hobby for family and friends & learning a lot from you. Thank you.
North Carolina! I would say the best video on RU-vid for beginners to start doing a good exterior 💪🏼 Btw where can I find the link for the tent/canopy?
NC I see you! Thanks..I try to keep it real and practical..appreciate the big up..I did a review about the canopy on the channel and linked it in the description..however last I checked it was out of stock on Amazon..it’s a 12x12ft Eagle Peak..
Thanks man, positive energy and good vibes we promote around here for sure..for trims..besides Gyeon TRIM coating, I use Chemical Guys VRP sometimes for a temporary restored look
A few ideas to consider: 1. Clean face of wheel before the barrel, otherwise you are grinding in major break dust onto the surfaces of the wheel 2. Best to refoam before contact wash. This is beneficial for two reasons - more lubricacy to minimize scratching when washing and help avoid water spotting 3. Hopefully you are rinsing the detail brush as you go around car. Maybe you did off camera.
All good tips! So many right ways to detail. Access the vehicle, situation and flow with the process that works best..and yes I do rinse my brushes on the regular 👍🏻
@@jameschilds6171 Hey! I’d say, if you notice that shiny or oily look then scrub them down with your preferred cleaner. If they’ve lost that soft, supple feel then condition. Check my vid on this topic too! Thanks for reaching out 👊🏼
I'm in the UK where did you get the canopy, would be a great investment for the summer months thanks and great video, I'm just starting my detailing business so these tios are just what I'm looking for
UK I see you! So awesome to hear you are starting up your biz! Thanks for your comment. It’s an Eagle Peak 12x12ft canopy. I found it on Amazon. It def is a life saver!
Wilmington NC! Hopefully when you can you can show us “newbies” how to polish and what pads to use etc. I been staring at my random orbital polisher from chemical guys for months in the box. lol
@@cleancarchris only as a hobby, but deep down I know I want to start doing mobile detailing services professionally. So any video you post is extra motivation haha
Why do people teach their craft for free on RU-vid? There are millions of people doing this for a living and you’re just giving it away. Here’s an example: last week I ran into a plumbing issue that would have required me to call a professional, but thanks to RU-vid somebody lost out on a job. This is happening millions of times a day.
