I’ve never had an issue rolling up jumper cables. Using a bag helps too. In addition to the safety vest road flairs would be a great addition. Fire starter and will be seen without headlights.

You mentioned pillow in case you have to spend a night in the truck, I don't carry a pillow, but I include in my kit a mesh screen I salvaged from my old tent and magnet stripe to attach it it to the truck body. If by any chance it's hot overnight and you have to sleep in the truck you might want to open window but keep bugs out. Also I think it's a good idea to have basic recovery tools in emergency kit.

Great! Video. I guess there could be no end to what some would call "necessary." My wife would insist on 20 or more changes of shoes and at least several wardrobes of seasonal attire!

Well done. May I suggest some power bars or nut bars in your kit. I also pack a couple dehydrated meals with a stove. Additionally have a gallon of H2O as well. Thank you for this video.

Great kit. I use the same harbor freight boxes for mine. But if I may make a suggestion put the tool box on top. The stuff in the basket may become projectiles in an accident so having the box on top will hold them in hopefully

The LED "puck" flares are much better imo. They come in packs of 3 or 4 and are extremely bright, with numerous light patterns. They will last for several hours if you are stuck at night and you only need to change out the batteries every year or so.They also have hooks on them and magnetic bases, so you can fix they to your vehicle body/roof for better visibility. What's not to like ?

This is a good review. Thanks for sharing. Folks need to keep in mind that depending on the vehicle size etc they may have to get modular. I've subbed...best of luck in the channel. I'm looking forward to your upcoming stuff.

Yeah let's work on the hotel room, I'm pretty sure I'm not fixing the problem, I would try not to stay in a rundown hotel. LMAO!

I use a Halo device to jump my own car. I don't want to have to ask a stranger for a jump! Oh, they work great.😊 definitely getting those crates.

Great kit and great presentation. Thank you! Couple of things: 1) tire inflation: these new lithium battery inflators are really really nice. I just bought the Viair ($70)for my wife and then the Fanttik brand from Costco ($40) for my daughter. They’re super easy to use, worth replacing the older inflators you plug into your cigarette lighter. 2) med kit: I break it done into A) a common use boo-boo kit with bandaids and ibuprofen. B) something for hardcore bleeding (rarely used). I was using military-esq IFAK kits but I’ve switched over to the “Stop the Bleed” kits, put together by the American College of Surgeons (the folks who do the certification for trauma centers). They’re specifically designed for civilians. There’s great instructions in the kits and the kits are well stocked (trauma sheers, CAT tourniquets, Quick clot, etc). I bought one for my car, the wife’s, and the daughter. All live in the same place (right rear passenger door). 3) I have a food saver vacuum seal kit in the kitchen. I keep a merino wool long sleeve shirt, socks and stocking cap in my car. I’ve put these in vacuum seal bags to shrink them and keep them waterproof (and clean). I’ve also done this with other grouped supplies: example a car overnight kit w toothbrush and paste, deodorant, toilet paper. Basically makes a flat pack single use kit. Got another one with paper plates, napkins and utensils. I have a couple Beefaroni cans I keep in the food saver bags as back up in case the pull top seal on the cans fail. 4) consider adding a Datrex 3600 cal bar to your kit, in case you’re stuck out overnight. US Coastguard approved lifeboat rations. Not super tasty but probably never has to be switched out Lastly: strong work with the AED. I’ve looked into these a couple times but have a hard time with the $1500 entry fee. Impressed.

@2:35, are you serious??? There are jumper cables that already came in a nice carry bag. You can easily buy any bag or pouch to put those nice and tight once you used them.
