Beautiful home, but several insurmountable problems. The neighbors are TOOOOOOO close meaning your outside space is unusable, either you're going to be too loud or they are. I know this for a fact because I bought a house like this and I sold it 3 months later. I won't get another without a minimum of 2 acres of land.

We both are barefoot, the homeowner asked us to remove shoes as it is always a courtesy to do so in any home.

There’s is absolutely nothing “biophilic” about this house. Just because you have a large window you can open to the patio doesn’t make it biophilic! It could be, if you put a ton of plants in there.

Bland… bland… bland…. No one has any creativity anymore. People don’t make homes they make bland house boxes. It’s sad, I look at ascaya and I know all those houses that they blew a mountain up for are just all the same with no character at all. Why are builders so afraid of making a home with character.

Definitely not a car enthusiast house. Just because there is a 8 car garage doesn't mean enthusiast. I bet all the cars have less than 4k miles on them. Smh. Oh well.
