One of my dream cars man. I got to say I don’t hate it the only thing that made me cry were the cut fenders but honestly the more i watch it the more badass it gets man. When i get mine im keeping the 318 or if possible get one with a 440 but i might even mess around and supercharge the slant 6 if it comes with it hahaha

Love this guy and that car is a dream project of mine so hats off to you there. I love how it's not slammed, it's low because the chassis is already corvette low for performance.

Gordie, great job on your cage and interior sheet metal. Wondering how it’s registered, Duster or Corvette or new build? I did a similar swap in 2013, bought a totaled ‘03 Corvette, stripped the body, straightened the frame and put a Cavalier body over it. Most people dig it but some ask why didn’t I just fix it up as a Corvette. My reply was, then I’d just be another old fart with a Corvette, way too many of those dudes now. My biggest hurdle has been finding a way to weld on fender flares, a nice rolled rear pan and other body mods. I can’t weld this late model 22 ga zinc coated crappy metal! And I can’t find anyone who will touch this project with a 10 foot pole! If you know someone who can, please let me know. Thanks, Rod in Arizona
