You can turn your engine on/off by pressing V and also if you change the driving mode/ TC in the car to comfort (blue color) the traction control kicks in and your car's exhaust is quieter.

If I were in this, I would have chosen a black wigeon with NoS. Fast, Small, and Black (to hide kinda like corvo) Edit: Or I would choose a black Tesla cuz it's quiet.

If you change your TCS mode from OFF to something like confort or normal or whatever it's called, the exhaust gets quieter.
