Yes it does they cost real money, unless you get them for free before version 4.8.8.3 when there used to be daily gifts instead of daily login, those daily gifts used to give random stuff like, Horns, Cars, and even the Wheels that cost real money.

Why do people with a dodge chargers or anything that is an American muscle car usually hang out on the mountain map like every time you go there you will see an American muscle car
@@kurohazuki1073 I don't know why, but if I had to guess I think it's because people love Muscle car meets, and since the mountains is one of less laggy places because it hasn't been updated in years it would be a great option for car meets, that's just what I think so I'm not really sure.
It is actually pay to win, because you need to pay real money to unlock, which is the definition of pay to win because it makes difference in performance between the paying players and non paying players.

@@BraidenTibay Yeah the point in the video is that the the forgotten country is a country we actually have a car/truck from but it has been a lot of time since we got anything new from it, since we don't have a car philippines it can't be a forgotten country otherwise every country we don't have a car from should be count as forgotten, I would love to see a Jeepney tho I believe it would be a great addition to the game since we dont have any similar cars/buses :)
@@KrikorBajakesianCpm2024 This video is uploaded and made before the new update, the update itself is still in beta stages which means it's not officially a part of the game yet, so it's not really the old mountains because that's current version because the update is not out yet, at least at the time of uploading this video, I would make an update review when it's fully there
