Hi friends. My car was feeling bit sluggish although the last service was done just around 7000 km ago from authorized service centre of Maruti. This time I decided to got the servicing done in my presence from a service centre outlet operating from a petrol pump in New Delhi area. I was also not having any idea as to how servicing of car is done so it was an eye opening experience for me. When engine oil was drained the mechanics were shocked to see that it was completely dark and sticky. They doubted that in my last service the engine oil was not replaced. If it is true then its really a worrying fact as to how service centres chit there customers even after charging huge money.
