Tidal won't give me a refund for fraudulent activity! 🤦♂️😡 A hacker got into my account, and since Tidal stores credit card info they were able to reinstate my $19.99 a month subscription which I cancelled over 6 months ago. I emailed support with evidence of the fake email who added themselves as a user in my account. Support gets back to me and says, "No refunds." WTF TIDAL?! REALLY?!
