thatGuyQuincy that was dope too, I still don’t know which is better between the two rosebud joints. The second one gets better everytime I listen to it
Roc Marci is this era's MF DOOM. He is a top tier lyricist, your favourite's favourite dropping back to back solid albums..all underground. MF DOOM is very cinematic too btw
Roc and Doom different Roc songs sound like movies from a NY perspective. More Mafioso paying homage but elevating the rhymes at the same time. Which should be for every artist def in hip hop. Can’t have stagnation that’s how things die.
@@robgalaxy7763 thank god someone said something. I really don't get the allure of DOOM. I mean Ghostface in my mind deserves all this accolade. Without Wu there would be NO Doom
"Ya know what I'm saying" hahaha Respect from Greece. I have him on repeat, and I dont even get the majority of the references and wordplays. My favorite mc.
@@kcailly1 true, need to calculate costs. But since he made most beats himself, probably without clearing much (maybe a couple k)... Since he hasn't put out very expensive videos (maybe another couple k). Something for the engineers, something for the dude who made the cover... Idk, but think together this will be something like 15k? Plus costs for pressing, maybe 9dollar per vinyl (45k). Don't know how much the person takes that runs the shop and brings stuff to the post. I also don't know about a mangement and taxes. I guess, he might have a bit more than 50k of it.
Wordup this whole video was tight but Fabio is probably one of the most underrated songs on the project. Why was it missing on here?? Not very surprised...
Sometimes I come back to this viddy even though I already seen it and listen to the album reguraly, but just vibing in the car with headphones on, listening to the snippets is chill. Roc Marci is a underrated gem. Even though thanks to Griselda he's getting SOME of his deserved shine now.
By far the best show after this blessing to have Roc Marci on the car test for ona my favorite classics The dark horse ……Man I could write for days bout this
The best example of east coast pimp hop, from a purely hip hop stand point probably best example all around. I swear I be hearing some mac dre and suga free influences in there sometimes. Overall an amazing artist and this was a superb album.
