Автомобиль - строго формальное употребление, машина - разговорное значение, а тачка - это уже что-то жаргонное.

Привет, Лиза. Спасибо еще раз за очередной урок. Я живу недалеко от Вашингтона округ Колумвия. Я редко сигнал... не хочу, чтобы меня подстрелили!🤣 Lisa, I'm assuming you are a teacher, so maybe you can help. I've been using duolingo, which helps, but it really doesn't give you the practice of seeing words in all of their cases, forms, etc. I thought that very basic books like the Dick and Jane series would be beneficial. Is there a Russian equivalent to these? I did google search it, but the results didn't seem to be helpful. BTW, I'm just learning Russian as a hobby and for fun. Also, great job on all your videos...speaking clearly and slowly, using plurals, perfective and imperfective, etc. До свидания.

If you type глагол (verb) and the word you want to see all the forms of into google, a site wik tion ary comes up and shows all the forms. Personally, I find that rather than try and learn all the forms, just experiencing them naturally as they occur is much better and much easier. It's interesting how in order to understand when listening you don't really need to know the forms, only in order to be grammatically correct when speaking or writing. Best regards! 👍😎
