Cara Delevingne's Sister FINALLY SPEAKS On How Cara Destroying Her Own Life
Cara has been hell-bent on sabotaging her own life with substance abuse, and her sister has made it clear how worried she is for her sister!
Cara and her sister Poppy Delevigne are no strangers to erratic upbringing, spending their earlier years living with a drug-addict mother in a very unstable household. This is all the more reason for Poppy to be concerned for her sister's well-being since she has seen firsthand how badly drugs can affect you and those you love. She's also been very vocal about her sister's struggles with drugs, and may have an important role to play in the coming days to help Cara out!
Poppy Delevingne looked deep in thought as she stepped out for a pilates class in Los Angeles on Wednesday after her sister Cara admitted she didn't think she'd be 'alive' at the age of 30. The model, 36, kept it casual in sportswear during her latest outing amid claims that her family is planning an intervention for her younger sister Cara, 30. Cara Delevingne's worried family is reportedly planning to stage an intervention after the model's increasingly erratic behavior over the past weeks.

I truly hope that Cara get's the help she needs and gets into a rehab program. I appreciate what was said in regards to Burning Man- as someone who has attended Burning Man four times myself, her reaction after leaving the burn is not normal. Yes, it's a hard environment to be in and it does take a toll on you mentally and physically... however, one doesn't leave the Burn reacting in the manner she did from pure lack of sleep, food and alcohol consumption. There is clearly something else going on, her erratic, jittery and uncontrollable behavior is a sign of substance abuse.

Cara needs to be rehabilated. She is very sick. If her friends love her, take the effort to her to the rehabilitation center - help her, get her doctor and let her stop from modelling work

Having been there myself 25yrs ago, makes this so painful to watch. I truly pray she gets the help she needs. Enablers and particular , so called, friends like AH are just toxic to someone who's reached this stage....

As a younger sister to a beautiful woman who was an amazing photographer and won contests of up to $50,000…. It’s incredibly heartbreaking watching a loved one destroy themselves. My sister is still alive but I mourned my sister a long time ago, I hope she *never* has to. 😔💜

Poor girl. Seriously, just bc she's pretty doesn't mean everyone has a right to know her first memories and other deep feelings especially childhood memories.. it's sad. In that environment especially the drugs are easily available for partying then to stay awake all day and it goes on and on.. it happens far to much with models and celebrities even normal peasants too lol I'm glad she has family there that's really what she needs most. Born to rich parents. Grew up privileged. Has become a model, making tons of money. Smashes with a "married woman" . So many advantages, and still unhappy. Addiction is one of the hardest things that you can go through. Addicts hate their addiction just as much as their families. God is the only one that saved me. I had been through programs and I just couldn't kick it. I had to completely go into isolation and stay there for months before I was stable. You do need one person at least there for you and is holding you accountable. But the more you pressure her, she's going to just go off the deep end. Fentanyl makes you move like that.

seems even her friends are in denial and cant even recognise a crack or meth addicts visual clues. Bed rest isnt fixing that. The sister better step up now before she loses the ability to control herself totally. Once crack has taken those motor skills they will never be recovered fully. This is going to be a long rehab not a cleanse. This is serious. As a critical care nurse she will require being monitored closely and be on a gtt of some type.Why? I've seen patients have seizures during detox and some actually died.

Drug addiction isn’t heredity… but it’s unfortunate because we grow and see our parents behavious, and their traumas and depression… and we are emotionally abandoned, abused, or empty inside… we grow up the same way the cycle continues… it doesn’t help that she’s in modelling and the drug world is just….. a norm. People thing drugs are taken recreationally and it’s their fault for getting addicted… but it’s a form of self-medicating, and those drugs are ‘better’ feeling than anti-depressants… the downside is.. they are hard drugs… and it will eff us up in the long run. I pray for her to slowly find herself, which means she needs to shut off the world that she knows, in order to be at peace with her own thoughts… not clouded and not suppressed by substances or other people’s opinions. Very hard, but I hope she takes that road for herself. That’s why I respect celebrities who take time off to get to know themselves better. Cause you can have all the money and fame in the world and your soul is just dying and barely surviving. Substances is just where you feel that your soul is being controlled to a happy high.. which after long, becomes a necessity rather than fun. Hope you get better and on your way to healing Cara ❤
