you might like her version of the streets of Derry she did with Paul Brady in the TransAtlantic Sessions BBC. They both do a great job of embodying the two characters in their singing. Such great Irish singing talents.

Thank you for the lyrics for this beautiful song! It seems that Cara sings the title line in the singular at first: "Bright morning star", referring to Jesus, the Morning Star and the firstborn from the dead. At the end of the song, though, the line becomes plural: "Bright morning stars", our fathers and mothers in the faith who went to heaven shouting and now appear with Him in glory.
Cara Dillon was my girlfriend once, you know. (Or was it a dream? Erm...) And I'm so impressed by the fact that she never had that tooth sorted. That's authenticity, in my book one of the finest of human qualities. One of her albums saw me through the writing of my one and only novella, so thanks to her for that. Long may she sing us to a more joyful state.
this is not a very describing video, they should be out in the morning sun through the whole video. when will the music video makers learn to visualize the songs to its full potential? but what a sweet, pure and heartwarming voice cara has.
Oh come on, she gets up early in the morning on an isolated farm to go to an empty barn and sing uplifting religious songs in a circle of others all dressed in old-timey clothes.
+Ian Neilson dude seriously maybe she wears old timey clothes because unlike other pop stars In music industry she's comfortable in what she wears and does not have to dress like she's wearing next to nothing to get views or attention and she's prob in a barn singing because it might echo and it sounds better not because she's in a cult lol
