don't worry sir. the print head is on the top side, when we open it, the print head goes up. if there is sticky paper on the print head, just clean the printhead with alcohol or something like that. finished or we are at the bottom, namely the roller can rotate while operating, if there is paper stuck there, we can remove the roller by lifting the lever on the side of the roller, and cleaning the roller.

@@levisng6451 sir this printer have 2 mode, the mode is ESC and CPCL, is the printer have correct mode with your app mode? To see the current mode, you can see on the print test.
