INGRDIENTS:
Milk 1 liter
Sugar 1/2 cup + 3 tbsp OR to taste
Rice 1/3 cup soaked
Dry fruits as required
(Lukewarm) Water 1/2 cup
TIPS:
1:Don't over cook sugar otherwise it will make your kheer bitter
2:Always use heavy bottom pan or non stick pot for kheer.
3:Continuously stirring is necessary for kheer making.
4:If you don't have a heavy bottom pot or non stick pot then the pot which you are going to use fill it half with normal water and boil it then discard the water and now your pot is ready for kheer making without burning of kheer in bottom of your pot.
